Refund
Refunds can occur in various situations. Customers can void their order at POS, or they can cancel an order before pickup/delivery.
How to view refund details from the admin panel?
- login to admin portal
- navigate to Online ordering > Refunds.
- on the refund list page, you can view the refund date, price, and refund status
